Food sells with appetite. We made Waterfront the freshest feed in Qatar.

The Brand

Waterfront is Qatar's homegrown farming company — hydroponic vegetables, fresh fish, herbs and local produce grown in the desert and delivered daily.

A national-pride story: proof that Qatar can grow its own food, at quality that beats imported shelves.

The Challenge

Produce content is the hardest kind of content — the product is a tomato. No packaging, no logo lockup, no gloss to hide behind.

The feed had to stay bilingual, seasonal and always-on, while carrying farm education, product drops, Ramadan and Adha moments in one grid.

Our Role

Headworks built the daily output: a green-led art-direction system, a modular post family, seasonal key visuals and a library of vertical food films.

One palette, one type scale, one appetite — from a single eggplant post to a full Eid campaign.

The Impact

What changed
for the brand.

0
Average engagement per post once the art-direction system replaced one-off designs.
0
Produce posts, campaigns and seasonal designs produced inside one consistent grid.
0
Faster turnaround on weekly content after the template family went live.
0
Languages running side by side — Arabic and English — without breaking the layout.
W

One farm, one voice — from the greenhouse to the scroll.

Consistency

A locked grid, type scale and a single disciplined green turned a mixed produce feed into a recognisable Waterfront feed.

Appetite First

Macro texture, honest light and generous space made local vegetables and fish feel premium, not commodity.

Speed at Scale

Modular templates let new harvests, offers and seasonal moments ship weekly in both languages without redesigning from zero.
